- Services Provided
ESF Home Tutors connects parents and students with qualified home tutors for various academic subjects. We strive to match your requirements with the best available tutors, subject to availability.
- Registration & Data Usage
When you fill out a lead form on our site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your data will only be used to connect you with appropriate tutors and for internal communication. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
- Tutor Verification
While we perform basic background checks on tutors before onboarding, we encourage parents to independently verify the tutor’s qualifications and credentials. ESF is not liable for any misrepresentation made by a tutor.
- Payments
Any payments made for tutor services are governed by individual agreements between parents and tutors. ESF Home Tutors may charge a one-time registration fee or commission, which will be clearly communicated.
- Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure satisfaction with our services. However, refunds will only be considered under specific cases such as non-availability of a suitable tutor or service failure. All refund requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of the issue.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
Parents and tutors must mutually agree on class schedules. Any cancellation should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in service suspension.
- Limitation of Liability
ESF Home Tutors is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including interactions with tutors.
- Website Usage
You agree not to misuse the website or engage in unauthorized activities including but not limited to hacking, data extraction, or spreading malware.
- Modifications
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
